Remade – Terms and Conditions for Webshop (B2B and B2C)

(Applies to all purchases at shop.remadeinsweden.se)

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via Remade in Sweden's webshop. The terms and conditions differ depending on whether the purchase is made by a business (B2B) or consumer (B2C).

2. Prices and payment

- All prices are stated in SEK excl. VAT (for B2B) and incl. VAT (for B2C).

- Payment is made via the selected payment method and for B2B, payment terms apply according to proforma or invoice.

- Remade reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Delivery and shipping

- Deliveries are made according to EXW (Ex Works), which means that the buyer is responsible for transport and risk from the time the goods leave the warehouse.

- When shipping ordered by Remade, Remade is responsible until the goods reach the customer.

- Delivery times are estimates. In case of delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Warranty and complaints

- All products are used unless otherwise stated.

- B2C: 1 year warranty on all products according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

- B2B: 30-day warranty from delivery, unless otherwise stated.

- Accessories and spare parts: 1 year warranty, except Samsung spare parts, which have a 30-day warranty.

- In the event of a faulty product, repair, exchange or refund will be offered.

- In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact Remade within a reasonable time and return the product according to instructions.

5. Right of withdrawal (B2C only)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods according to the Distance Contracts Act. The product must be returned in a substantially unchanged condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

6. Ownership

The goods remain the property of Remade in Sweden until full payment is received.

7. Export, environment and recycling

- The customer is responsible for complying with applicable export regulations.

- Products that are no longer in use should be recycled according to the EU WEEE Directive.

8. Limitation of liability

Remade is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data. Our liability is always limited to the value of the goods.

9. Force Majeure

Remade is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. war, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters).

10. Dispute

Disputes between Remade and the customer shall primarily be resolved by mutual agreement. Swedish law applies, and disputes may be settled in a Swedish court.
